Computer moulded shaping gives us 100% confidence that each sail will set and perform like a thoroughbred, and to ensure that this efficient aerofoil shape is maintained throughout the full range of the sails working sizes, we have installed a neat and effective luff foam pad which helps draw excess fullness from the sail when partially furled.

The Tri-radial panel configuration allows us to use a combination of cloth weights individually selected to suit the various loads found in different areas of the sail. Lighter, more sensitive cloth in the low stress areas of the sail's main body, heaver fabric in the more highly loade areas of the leach and foot.
