The owners of the prestigious restaurant above Bank tube station decided that their extending arm awnings were not for purpose. They were automatically controlled by a wind sensor which would roll them away when the wind exceeded force 5. This would inconvenience the diners underneath.

 

We advised them to re-use the wall brackets and we fitted custom made floor plates to carry the stainless steel masts and rigging. The result is a secure extension to the dining area and side curtains give additional shelter in the winter.
